Project Manager

Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate internal teams (creative, content, design, digital)
  • Manage digital projects (campaigns, social media, branding, etc.)
  • Develop timelines, workflows, and project priorities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications
  • Convert deliverables according to briefs, timelines, and quality standards
  • Manage project revisions, approvals, and evaluations
  • Report project progress and performance to management and clients

Recruitment

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communication, Management, Visual Communication Design, or a related field)
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager/Team Leader in a digital/creative agency
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Accustomed to handling multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Understanding of agency workflows and digital campaigns
  • Ability to work in an organized, fast-paced, and structured manner
  • Understanding of UGC is a plus
  • Experience as a Social Media Strategist or Digital Analyst
